## How you would actually start

- Check whether the promise holds

“Five minutes takes months to write and dozens of open mics to sand down. Silence teaches faster than laughter.” That is the pitch. Spend an hour on first-hand accounts rather than listicles — what it costs, how long it really takes, and what people wish they had known.

- Find the small version first

There is almost always a one-afternoon version. Do that before committing money or telling anyone.

- Put it somewhere you will see it

An intention you have not written down is a mood. A list you revisit is a decision you keep making.
