How you would actually start

   “Native species, right site, and somebody watering through three summers. Survival rate matters far more than the number planted.” That is the pitch. Spend an hour on first-hand accounts rather than listicles — what it costs, how long it really takes, and what people wish they had known.

2. 🪜 Find the small version first

   There is almost always a one-afternoon version. Do that before committing money or telling anyone.

3. 📌 Put it somewhere you will see it

   An intention you have not written down is a mood. A list you revisit is a decision you keep making.
