How you would actually start

1. 🔍 Check whether the promise holds

   “Not your financial will — your values, lessons, and what you want passed down. The thing that matters.” That is the pitch. Spend an hour on first-hand accounts rather than listicles — what it costs, how long it really takes, and what people wish they had known.

2. 🗓️ Decide what "started" would look like

   Most people who do this start before they feel ready for it. Name the smallest thing that would count as having begun, and do that one.

3. 🪜 Find the small version first

   There is almost always a one-afternoon version. Do that before committing money or telling anyone.

4. 📌 Put it somewhere you will see it

   An intention you have not written down is a mood. A list you revisit is a decision you keep making.
